Introduction
Our management consists of the President, Vice President, General Manager, Vice General Manager and heads of the technical, production, sales, financial and administrative departments, as well as the Guangzhou agency.The managerial team is young and well educated. All of the top-level staff have college degrees; mainly majoring in economic management, fine chemical engineering and international trade.
We have also built up steady cooperative relationships with many universities in China. Five professors who have done research work on nano-technology act as technical advisors and contribute ideas to our R&D department.
Confident about the company's future, we have introduced modern management methods, formulated regulations to ensure sustainable development and actively encourage development of the team sprit. Now, having fully implemented ISO9000 and ISO14000 quality standard systems, we will keep progressing in the development of new types of nano-materials.

Introduction:Graduated from the Zhejiang University of Technology (ZUT) with a bachelor's degree. After graduation, he began working on the preparation of inorganic metallic oxide in the Paint Research Institute of the (former) Ministry of Chemical Engineering of China in 1994. When he learned that China was totally dependant on imported nano-grade ferric oxide, he aspired to develop the world's most advanced products in this classification, and to create a Chinese brand to compete in the global market. In 1995, he went to Zhejiang Shangyu Chemical Engineering Material Factory to work on the preparation of nano-grade ferric oxide material. By 1998, he had developed a technical process for preparing nano-grade ferric oxide powder using the sol-gel method. Advancing on this achievement, he researched the development and application of further-processed products of nano-grade ferric oxide. In 2000, he successfully established the Zhejiang Shenguang Nano-Material Research Institute, which is fully responsible for the testing and R&D of our company's products.

Introduction:Having been educated in the Zhejiang Banking School and Statistics Management College of China, Ms. Song has a lot of experience both in banking management and company management. In fact, she was once the youngest bank manager in her city. In 2000, she established our company to professionally produce nano-grade ferric oxide. To meet the developing needs of the company, she undertook post-graduate study at the Graduate School of Zhejiang University, majoring in Economics Management. We have achieved sound profits using her new management theories, and she has also become an academic management professional.
